About the Artist

John Fox has exhibited widely in group and solo shows as well as invitational and juried exhibits. He has shown in San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix, as well as at several Los Angeles galleries. He is represented in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and abroad.

Professionally, he has been gallery director at two major universities: Ohio State and Southern Illinois; design director for major corporations in Los Angeles and has taught fine arts at Ohio State University, Dartmouth College, Southern Illinois University, Los Angeles Harbor College, California State University at Long Beach, and the California Institute of the Arts. He has been active as an artist in Los Angeles since the early 1980s.
